Love to have a pet in the house but vets fees are just ridiculous.

It’s all about personality. I don’t like standoffish cats or dogs. The last cat I had some 15 years ago was great. Known by all the neighbours.

I dated a man with 5 dogs.three labs and two dachshunds that was hard work. Walking them in all weathers. The eldest lab just adopted me right from the first meeting and spent all his time with me. So it would have to be both.

My family are big fans of both cats & dogs. I personally prefer dogs. I have owned 2 border collies. One as a teenage boy & one as a married guy with kids.

The loyalty, love & unity a dog brings a family is incredible.

I also like being stroked.

You have my sympathy- lost both my dogs in the same year about 6 months apart, hated those one way trip to the vets. Both passed away in my arms.

Don't dislike dogs and for a loyal companion can't be beaten but I love pussies....

They reflect my character, independent, sensual, clean and docile unless threatened when sharp claws are revealed! On the other hand they can jump way better than me and I cant lick my own bits like they can but you can't have it all.
