I currently have a bra for my breast forms which is a 40G but I'm thinking of buying one to fit my actual chest, which I suspect maybe a B cup.

Ideally I'd like one that pushes my moobs together to get a decent and convincing cleavage.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Measure for a bra and get padded. If you need cleavage use tape. Loads of tutorials online for taping.

Measure your chest below your boobs, that's your band size. Measure over the fullest point of your boobs. Referring to an online size guide, the difference between the two is your cup size. When buying bra's, look for underwired, pushup style, maybe lightly padded cups.

What size of chest are you, I'm about to throw out a set of breasts, wig and hold ups only worn twice, some new hold ups, dress and heels

My days of dressing are finished

Have fun. Even women struggle with bra fitting. The trouble is, lads see 40" as 40". Depending on the design and manufacturer, 40" is somewhere between 37" and 43". When you find a manufacturer that fits you, stick to them. Without putting on an ounce of weight, her dress size is either 12, 14, 16 or 18.

Yes this! I'm 44 band, 45 boob. I have 44A bra- never been able to find one since, so the lowest letter of the alphabet unless you're planning on filling with fillets.

Also, this is so true - living with 3 females I hear this weekly!

Wouldn't it be helpful to have boobs to get the correct bra size?

Buy a bra a size to small.

Tuck the skin in and add some inserts.

Contour the cleavage line.

I buy 34b

I grew mine with hormones and found that I am a 43B , did the online bra measurement and I now have a fabulous collection of 43B bras , see through, lace , satin ,in lots of different colours. Go for it the feeling of being held in a bra is just wonderful Mx

This is good advice. I buy 38b slightly padded. Looks and feels good.

My advice would be to buy a bra with good side support. I have natural boobs but need them pushed in and then up.

Sometimes those bras are not always that sexy so I carefully cut out the cups. I love it when my nipples poke through my blouse or dress. Men have said this method gives me a nice handful.

I'm 42" but breast plate tight, they would probably fit you perfectly especially with talc

Shame you are not closer, you could have had the lot

If anyone is struggling in larger band bras but wanting small cup sizes, I can recommend Little Women. Bought a few from them and they’re good but do wait for sales.

Thank you

42a here!

I'm told for us flatter gurls look for bras that have a bigger distance between the cups?

Hart to find though!

They weren't cheap either, £160 for breasts and £45 for wig, only worn twice but happy to give away should anyone close by want them, my day's of dressing are over, time to get back into the weights

I bought a set of uplift padded 3 bras from Primark yesterday. They weren't expensive but I'm a bit disappointed to be honest.

Because I've had differences of opinions from people regarding what size I should purchase, I think I plumped for the wrong ones and got a C cup. My breasts don't quite fill the cups so I followed online advice to lean forward, grab a handful of breast tissue and place it in the bra cups. It's given me a bit of cleavage but not as much as if I squeezed by moobs together.

Are there specific bra types (please name examples if possible) that'll give me the cleavage I desire ?

A bustier or long line bra can help squeeze general chest flesh into the cups taking you up a cup size at least if you get the band size a little bit tight. Say 2 inches less than your actual measurements.

Also I try to avoid padding as some men prefer to feel your satiny flesh rather than a bunch of hard lace padding

Thanks for that. So I'm 40" across the nipples and 35" 2-3" below the nipples so what size bra should I ask for ? If I cup my moobs in both hands and lift, there is a lot of boob tissue to play with, which I assume the right bra would be able to hold in place and show off.

Hingham

Word to the wise: womens' clothing sizes are wildly different across countries. Chinese products may be three sizes smaller than you think! Or not: it appears to be random.
