" Technically there is no such thing as “free speech” because there are other _aws that restrict things. So for example if you spread accusations that are untrue then you commit slander (if spoken) or libel (if written) and you can be prosecuted as has happened to the twit organising this march (who then got locked up for refusing to apologise for it - contempt of court). Also saying things to incite violence against others is an offence (as the women who tweeted about the immigrants hotels which caused some nut jobs to try and set fire to the building).
