Firefly! But it'd be tough. Joss Whedon is kind of out of favour and he's the only one who could direct it. The cast are all 23 years older now.

It was a brilliant show and the world-building was pretty epic. I wanted more episodes with Reavers, there was a genuine horrific menace about them.

"Lewis Collins was my first crush! So hot"

Bit of a tosser in real life though. My old man used to shoot competitively and one time at the nationals in Bisley, apparently Lewis was strolling about, all tooled up in leather and decorative firearms like a boss but didn't actually get very close to a range or do any actual shooting.

From Wikipedia:

Collins was a private in the 10th Battalion Parachute Regiment of the British Army (a Territorial Army unit) from 1979 to 1983.[22] In 1983, he applied to join the Territorial SAS, but was refused because of his celebrity status.

OK, so a TA para. Not getting deep into this but from what I heard he was rather a lot of show and not much go on that particular occasion.

I used to put ten in the bull sometimes shooting a right-handed rifle left handed and my old man was better. Paper targets admittedly and not military but don't be dissing our technique

I'm sure he could. I'm just saying he didn't do anything to prove it while showboating on that particular occasion. It was probably at the height of Professionals fandom though so a little ego-stroking couldn't have hurt.

I liked * Tour of Duty * that I used to watch on my B&W CRT late at night.

There was a Saturday morning show called Get Fresh with Gaz Top that spawned * Gilbert's Fridge * that I can't really remember apart from the puppet, snot and really enjoying it.

I could say * The Word * but that is probably best left dead lol

* Rapido * with Jean Paul and Antoine teaching me about all the important events on the continent.

"Minder"

I loved minder, but I don't think you'd ever get the Terry/Arthur chemistry without Dennis Waterman and George Cole.
