When I'm out for a walk or exercising at home, i'll have some upbeat r'n'b or funky house on. Something to get me moving.

Depends what I'm doing if it's aerobic stuff then anything with 120-160 BPM

For weights then I like simple tabita timer, clock tick.

If it's a high rep then things like the wellerman, or bring Sally up.

For boxing combinations then "where the freeks at?" (Timmy trumpet and savage)

Armin van buuren covers of

Blah,blah,blah

Turnit up

- Has me exhausted fairly quickly! (Work out which combos which parts , before you start makes you think while you work!)

Old rock like Deep Purple and Led Zep and Rolling Stones while running. On the other machines, it varies and I only do them for 1 song and move on. I’m an ineffective and lightweight gym user.
