" Yes, the UK and other countries have supplied arms to Israeli, the reason is because over the years other countries have attacked Israeli (you can go and check the list for yourself). Most recently there were attacked by Iran directly and indirectly through the Houthis, Hamas and Hezbollah. They have been supplied with arms to be able to defend themselves, if they had not been supplied then a lot of innocent civilians in Israel would have been killed or injured, and yes they would have been justified in going after Hamas after the dreadful attack and hostage taking - however, they are in no way justified in the way that they have gone about it, killing 10’s of thousand innocent civilians and levelling Gaza - they have gone way, way to far, and are now as bad if not worse that the Hamas people who attacked them in the first place. Innocent Civilians on both sides are suffering and sick to death of what both the Israeli government and Hamas have done. Even Jewish people are protesting against what is happening - people need to understand that and stop conflating Jewish people with the Israeli government. I think it would be fair to say that everyone just wants shot of both Hamas and the current Israeli government and just want to live in peace. | |||
