Manchester

Bryan Robson. Manchester United.

Fucking colossus. Brave, strong, driven. Absolutely fucking loved him.

Dragged teams through games. Exceptional player. As Big Ron said 'pure gold'.

Indeed a great player and a lovely bloke too. I'd also throw in Rodney Marsh. Another skilful player with an eye for a goal.

Stan edges it for me, but Rodney was top notch.

Funny how QPR have a history of great No 10’s.

After them 2, Tony Currie, Simon Stainrod, John Byrne, Roy Wegerle, Akos Buzsaky, Adel Tarrabt, Ebere Eze. All great entertainers.

I'm tempted to say all of them from the 1980s in their tiny nylon shorts. Particularly liked Paul Mariner of Ipswich Town complete with mullet, sadly he's no longer with us.

I can't stand football, and never have

But that being said when I was a kid I used to like John Barnes when he played for Liverpool (dad and brother are Liverpool fans)
