We are currently touring USA in our rv, we are in Georgia heading east looking for a Rosebay type of camp site for over Christmas time! Can anyone advise where we should look and go? We are at Riversedge Campsite which would be ideal except we need to be nearer the east coast, California etc. Thank you for any advice!

Now that we have established that California is indeed on the West coast of the USA would someone be able to address the original question?

I was hoping that there would be a place that someone had been and could recommend from experience! I know I have set the bar high with my reference to Rosebay. Thanks

I take it that all the keyboard warriors and superior beings have not indeed been to that part of USA and can advise in that quest. I am sorry I asked but if I find out I will be able to educate!

I can't see any prospects of success in that regard whilst travelling through the southern states of the US Still, I'm prepared to be educated… and, in any case, hope you have an enjoyable/safe trip.

I'm puzzled.

You say you're in Georgia heading east, which means that you'll soon hit the Atlantic Coast - if you haven't done so already.

But you're also interested in California, which means you'll need to do a U turn to head west. 🤔

He could carry on heading East and go the long way round

If looking north, west is towards your fork hand and east towards your knife hand, if you are right handed. Your right hand is towards the plough, if you are ploughing, and the left is towards the stubble. North can be found using a compass, but you'll need to correct for magnetic deviation. Clear?

California is to the west of Georgia. Best to turn round and head there; your chances will improve towards Los Angeles. Find a gay bar there and ask for directions.

If you are in Cal.

To the north of SF

Suggest Russian River, Fort Bragg

Or even Shastra a bit further north

But only if you are English; Americans first cut their food, before discarding the knife and transferring the fork to their right hand.

When the Monty Python team were eating lunch in a Torquay hotel, the owner was kind enough to point out to Terry Gilliam that "We don't eat like that in this country." He would later be the inspiration for Basil Fawlty ...

Hate the way Americans eat and the way they hold their silverware

True enough. Is that why Trump doesn't know his arse from his elbow?

"Sadly, the US seems to have more than its 'fair share' of racists, fascists, religious nut jobs, gun freaks, bare-faced corrupt politicians and general 'wackadoodles' that weigh down an otherwise wonderful country and friendly population!"

(Toby Morton, writer, ex South Park and MADtv.)

N.B. written before the current 'Wackadoodle in Chief' was elected for a 2nd time.

Is it currently wise to be travelling in a country administered by wackadoodles? 🇺🇸😖

Sensible people research their holiday before they actually leave home.

Those who don’t tend to ask locals or at tourist information offices for more immediate and more relevant advice instead of asking on a sex site forum.

Just saying.
