I was 45 when I left my wife for another woman

I was with her 26 years and she made me absolutely miserable

Unfortunately we have two kids so that was really hard

I had stayed with her for the kids

There comes a point t in time a trigger

Mine was my lifelong friend dying and st the funeral the realisation that you get one go really hit me

If you’re gay you are locking yourself into a hopeless situation and you need to act

Similar for me. My husband was married for a long time but left her before me - I'm sure he enjoyed elements of it and made a good father. Still I know he was much more at peace being in a relationship with me for our time. He told me many times he had no regrets about coming out.
