Bralettes are your friend! No poxy underwires to dig in, no padding, and many are completely sheer so show off your nipples nicely.

I'm a natural 38A and most of my bra's are underwired, lightly padded, pushup, B/C/D cup, so don't need any infill to give shape. If I want to put a little more emphasis up top I wear C-cup silicone breast forms in them, and they are necessary with my 38DD lace cup bra.
