"Something weird happened today. A friend generated an image of me on a dress and makeup with no body hair or facial hair and I was overcome by a weird sensation of happiness and pleasure, in my chest, I couldn't breathe out talk but just loved how it felt. Everything tingled, my hands, feet, nipples. Now my friend is trans and she explained this was euphoria. Feeling a little overwhelmed. Is this true?" It's just a feeling, like all your other feelings, they come and go, none of them are going to stay permanently. It's a great feeling to be sure, but in essence it's no different than feeling disgust or envy or happiness. The problem is that we chase after the feelings we like and try to run away from the feelings we don't like. We would all be much better off for just accepting whatever feeling is happening at the time.

"I get that when I'm listening to Bach...whatever turns you on... With music it's frisson, not euphoria. Similar, but definitely different.
