I’m not sure who needs to read this BUT…

I’m not sure who needs to read this, if it’s not you then you may want to copy and paste to someone you know who does…

303pm today marks The winter solstice which is the shortest day and longest night of the year in the Northern Hemisphere (around December 21st) when Earth's axis tilts farthest from the Sun, marking the start of astronomical winter, while simultaneously being the summer solstice in the Southern Hemisphere.

For some… this time of the year can for many different reasons be a really dark, cold, lonely & emotional time. BUT JUST HOLD THIS THIS THOUGHT…

From 3.03pm today on Sunday 21st December, ever single moment of every single day becomes a little bit lighter…. Just hold on to that…. You may have lost a loved one… or you may be feeling low…. Try and get outside each day for a little while longer and appreciate that light overcomes darkness.

Stick in there & PM me if anyone needs to talk. I’m here to listen
