Chaps. I’m looking to set up some good reading material for next few months

Any recommendations for good books on self reflection or self improvement?

Thanks in advance…..

Self help / improvement books are generally crap, they all have the same message, being that to change your current situation you need a high level of self discipline.

The only self help book that I found useful was No Excuses by Brian Tracy

But yeah, all self help books just have the same message that you need self discipline and you need to hold yourself accountable

There is probably a lot of rubbish written but try F. M. Alexander 'The use of the self' written back in 1923 and loads of books on the Alexander technique since.
