Within a matter of 6 months I went from being tested to having prostate removed. I'm single and due to the after effects of surgery face being only a bottom (which I enjoy) and the thought of never cumming again . Has anyone else gone through this. Getting ghosted a lot and wonder whether to just give up. Any advice would be great

Similarly to the OP, I had a radical prostatectomy in Oct 2024, and because of the surgery I had I can no longer get naturally erect and I can't cum. I can have `dry orgasms', and as has been previously said, they are often deeper and longer lasting that my old ejaculations. I can get beautifully erect with the help of injections, but it is a faff, and the NHS only gives me one injection kit per month. I do have minor incontinence leaks but only when I cough hard or sneeze hard, but I wear small inco pads to combat that eventuality. My level of incontinence is a lot less than many women suffer after childbirth, so I try not to moan about that too much!

So that deals with the mechanics of the type of surgery I had, along with many thousands of other blokes annually.

The key thing for me is my mentality; my glass is more than half full. I am upright and breathing, may cancer has gone (currently) and I am no longer dying; what's not to be thankful about there?

I cannot act as a top anymore, but so what? I took the decision to become a bottom and I love that feeling and allowing myself to be penetrated by a lover.

Sadly there are many thousands of men who get diagnosed too late and their PCa is untreatable. To me, it would seem small minded and ungrateful of me to moan about my lot in life in comparison to those guys. I had the same operation 4 years ago. Luckily I still a damn good hard but don’t ejaculate, just dry orgasm.

I too have found a lot of guys, understandably are into cum. So get lots of looks and fabs but don’t have the meets I used to.

I'm four weeks after surgery & your posts are giving me positivity. A lot of nerves were saved during my surgery & some weren't. I'm pissing into my pads & not getting the signal that I need a piss unless I'm lying down but it's early days. I'm waiting on my vacuum pump to get the auld chaps blood flow going again. I’m edging towards surgery so if you have any advice please feel free to let me know.

I have had some incredible meets with men similar to yourself. Yes, as a pig, I love cum play, but the connection I have with a guy is the most important aspect of a meet.
