I tend to start with thin carrots then gradually increase the girth. Then move onto either courgettes or cucumbers..depending what's available in the shops as both vary a lot in size ive found.

I do always put condoms on for easy removal if they break or snap

A good sized banana or carrot especially if they have been in the freezer to make them firm, plus lots of other things (bottle necks, brush handles plus God knows what else) but those have been the best.
