Will it give you stronger erections? Yes, if you're already turned on.

Should you take it with p0ppers? Not if you value your heart health.

It works for most people. It wouldn't sell if it didn't. It may give you side effects (doesn't for me at 100mg but my constitution is pretty strong).

What else do you need to know? You can get generic from Boots online for not much money to try it out, or on the NHS if money's tight.

Before sexual activity, may take half an hour to an hour to kick in. Lasts anywhere between a few hours to maybe a day depending on your susceptibility and tolerance.

Tadalafil (Cialis or generic) is longer lasting, up to a couple of days.

People come on here for advice because many can't get to see a GP! In some areas GP's have all but vanished. Many people are now having to get illegal prescriptions from dubious corner shops... the BBC have recently highlighted this on a news report before Trumps drama buried the report!

If you can’t get to see a GP …..and being prescribed Viagra is hardly an emergency is it, so if you have to wait a week or so it really isn’t a big deal - you can always use NHS Direct for advice ….although you’ll still need to see a Doctor to get a prescription. As others have said though it’s available over the counter at any pharmacy & all the instructions are in the leaflet in the pack. I’d still have a Chat with your GP before using though …..we are all different and side effects will be different for everyone.

If you were buying from dubious corner shops you wouldn't need an illegal prescription. It's cheap and easy to obtain from legitimate online sources such as Dr Fox.

At one time I was actually getting this on a GPs prescription. Only 4 pills a month. Worked quite well. Over well in a way as my erections did not go down after sex for some time. Side affects where a feeling of light-headedness and a bit of a headache afterwards. Also everything seemed to have a bluey-purply tinge. Certainly wouldn't have risked driving.

It will give harder erection if you use it as recreational use. If you need ed help it will assist with varying results.

Got mine on prescription, 8 tablets at a time, repeat prescrition so always have a decent supply.

Usually take 45mins before needed and always worked ok - even after alcohol. I find that same tablet still does the business the morning after as well.

And being over 60, I dont pay for prescriptions

I will say if you're younger and don't need it, don't use it for the buzz.

There's a chance that you will get dependant, as in, you feel you can't do it as well without it, and as we know, bad thoughts can be a dick shrinker.

I’ve tried Viagra and “The weekender” pill.

I only decided to try after struggling to stay hard during sex (with a female, that wasn’t my wife), they definitely help. You have to be aroused in order for them to work and they don’t give you a constant hard on randomly. Sex is great with taking them, I was able to go 4 times in one day.

Side affects, flushing and a slight headache the following day.

I get mine off MedExpress, saves the embarrassment of going to Docs or elsewhere.

Do I think it fixed my issue? No. I don’t have ED. I think it’s more of a psychological issue which I am/have overcome.

Don’t ask for a note. If you genuinely have ED (difficulty getting hard) ask for a prescription on repeat.
