I used to go there many years ago. It was then called City of Quebec with the ex-Cumberland Hotel opposite it located in Marble Arch/Oxford Circus.

Those days were hot. I used to meet and went home with older men for sex fun. I have not seen any rent boys. I have sex with older men because I love older men for mutual fun and I dont want anything else.

I used to go here regularly in the 2000s - worked nearby. Always loads of older guys, loads of young rentboys. I’d say I went home with an older guy 50% of the time - or even better a tourist who was in a nearby hotel. There were closeted married guys who’d come from other parts of the UK and stay in the Thistle just to visit that pub and meet younger men.

There was often action in the downstairs toilets - loads of wanking, some sucking, rent getting paid for such in the cubicles.
