Hi, as it says in the title, I started letting a young workmate and his boyfriend who both lived with their parents use my bed and bedroom for sex a few years ago, I put a post up here on October 2022, saying this was available to any guys who needed somewhere for sex, but couldn't accommodate.

I got a few guys, mostly married men using it, since then the young workmate has got his own flat and most of the regular married guys have moved on, so just one regular couple now.

As I say, no strings attached, I sit in the living room and let you get on with it, I'm in North Ayrshire, just no one over sixty, just in case they die of a heart attack during sex, and that would be very embarrassing for me if the neighbours found out, lol!

I'm very discreet and I'd expect the same.

Age has little to do with heart attacks and strokes. Its life style, poor diet, fatty foods, excessive alcohol consumption, smoking and lack of exercise.

Even 53 year olds can have heart attacks. Need I say more

No, never charged, as I say started doing it as a favour for a 19 year old workmate and his 22 year old boyfriend, then happened to mention it to a guy in his thirties I sucked off, told me he was married and was looking for a bed so this other married guy could shag him, I offered mine, took off from there.
