My GD often comes round for a catch up and a glass or two of wine.

Last week she came over and was already a bit d*unk and after another two glasses of wine with me she was pretty incoherent.

She was messsging on her phone when she dropped off asleep whilst still holding her phone.

I put the phone on the coffee table before laying her down on the sofa she was sat on.

I know I shouldn’t, but I just could not resist picking her phone up.

My heart was beating hard as I realised it was still unlocked.

I went straight to her Facebook account to see her messages…

Her FB account didn’t bring up any surprises. It was just normal posts made by any young woman.

Out with her friends, posts on local group pages and the such. Absolutely nothing out of the ordinary.

I went to her messages and that’s when everything changed.

She had tons of messsges from her mum (my ex wife). I scan read through them and there were lots of references to ‘Chloe’. I know most of my ex’s friends and a lot of my GD’s but I have never heard of a Chloe.

I slowed down the rate at what I was reading and started to focus on what was going on.

“Message me from Chloe’s account” was the give away message from her mum.

My GD had another FB account. But why?

A few clicks later and I had ‘swapped profiles” on her FB page. Going from her normal account to

“Chloe Xxxxxx”.

On a bit more interrogation of the messaging it became apparent that she was in a group chat with my ex wife and also her Mum.

Unfortunately for her she comes from a very dysfunctional and fragmented family - lead by me I'm afraid.

Me and Ex Had a daughter (and Son) and then split up.

Daughter then got married when she was 19 and had 'Chloe' but has subsequently split up with her bloke and is now living with someone else.

Chloe stayed at home with them until she was 17. She had a miscarriage at 16, the father being a much older man. She is now a student living in a rented share house with 3 other girls.

We have become closer in the past 12 months with her fully aware of and indeed - accepting my transvestism.

I hope that sets the scene in a clearer way.

On clicking “Chloe’s” account on FB, it was obvious it was a false account with no depth and no relevant information posted. There were about 10-12 tame photos of her on her photos page though.

I clicked on messenger and it took me straight to her FB message page.

This is where it gets a bit messy and a bit upsetting that I, with all my experience was kept out if the loop.

She was obviously getting up to no good (on line and in person) This was all orchestrated from her mum and her step dad. Her Grandma was also clearly in the picture. The only person left out was me.

It was clear she was using Watts App as her main method of communication and

I tried opening her Watts App page but this was locked. I noticed on her phone she also had Kik and again this was locked.

I clicked on her photos tab on the phone.

There was lots of the usual folders with family. Friends, pets etc. I clicked around and in the family folder was another folder titled ‘Chloe’.

I knew all my fears were now going to be realised.

I looked at her as she snoozed on my sofa.

She looked so wonderful and at ease, as well as very innocent.

Nervously I clicked the Chloe tab.
