What’s your go-to mollusc?

I like an octopus, they have character and brains. Apparently quite good at forecasting football matches 😆

Less fond of limpets, just lingering about, don’t really do anything useful or characterful, but handy I guess when clambering over rocks.

Don’t mind a sea snail in a rockpool, they have some character. Scallops are very helpful when I need petrol.

Octopuses at the goat of the mollusc family. So intelligent I refuse to eat them and far more intelligent than most men whom I would eat so long as they pop their tenticle out of their trousers for me.

They definitely have more circumspect views than a lot of our friends here.

Handy for a pen top up too.

Moules marinières. If you haven't had them in Brittany you haven't lived.

Work/Play in London, live in Kent

Defo the octopus is the pinnacle of the mollusk.

The best individual though is a gastropod. Without fear of correction I give you Sile Seilide.

Octopus, abalone, channeled whelk, in that order. Why the last? See their egg ropes and wonder how the hell they managed to lay them!

"The octopus who went to the disco.....pulled a mussel... "

I’ve spent too much of my evening trying to figure out how that would work 😆
