I’ve got 2 French Bulldogs , the worst mistake I’ve ever made . Love them but there a nightmare , one on two kinds of happy pill and the other has fits the vet bills are constant and to expensive to insure . To be honest they make my life miserable. Couldn’t rehome then as there to much trouble no one would want them for long

They are all dangerous and even if yours is a sweetie they all have the capability to attack and kill, if you have small children never leave them unsupervised with a dog .

Just as much to do with the public, I'd say. The Kennel Club doesn't operate in a vacuum, and it has to reflect public fads. Unfortunately, the public wants some pretty weird animals, intentionally inbred, and marketed like clothes fashions. I agree about the GSD, but good ones still exist...
